PHONEHELP.HLB  —  ANSWER
Answers the phone when you receive a call. If the call comes
when you are not currently in the Phone utility, a message is
broadcast to your terminal. If you want to answer the call, enter
the PHONE command at the DCL prompt and then enter ANSWER at the
switch-hook (%) prompt. If you do not want to answer a call, you
may reject the call by using the REJECT command.

If you are currently using Phone, a message that someone is
phoning you appears in Phone's standard message line, which is
located under the command input line on your screen.
