Answer YES to be prompted for a different list of naming services
    which includes DECdns as the first entry.

    Answer NO if you wish to ignore the recommendation to use DECdns
    as the primary naming service on this previously configured DNS
    server.  If you do this, net$configure will automatically attempt
    to set up access control so that your server can still access its
    DECdns namespace.  However, it may still be necessary for you to
    manually perform some access control adjustments.
