Session Control Address Update Interval?

    This sets the Session Control Address Update Interval characteristic.
    This characteristic specifies the minimum time (in seconds) allowed
    between updates of address information.  This prevents modifications
    to the set of local towers to be updated more frequently than the
    value given by this parameter.
