"Connect retry timer?"

    Specify the number of seconds to wait between connection
    attempts. The connect retry timer operates continuously from
    the time the outbound stream is enabled until the stream is
    disabled or until the CONNECT TIMER ENABLED characteristic is
    set to FALSE. If the outbound stream is already connected to the
    sink when the timer expires, no connection is attempted at that
    time. The timer resets and connection attempts continue whenever
    the timer expires.
