    If the RFC1006 template is being used for inbound packets, you
    will be prompted for the RFC1006 listener port number.  This number
    should be the same as the Local RFC1006 port number, or else the
    template will not be used for inbound traffic.

    Enter the incoming port number used when establishing a transport
    connection at the TCP level.
