Build target for VAX architecture executables.
Script executables need to be copied to [VAX-BIN] (CGI_EXE: on VAX systems) to
allow the server to activate them.
Any executable not required during script processing may remain here and be
accessed on VAX systems using logical name WASD_EXE:
