The .STYLE HEADERS command changes the format and placement of
    the text portion of section heads (that is, the .HEADER LEVEL n
    text).

    Format

      .STYLE HEADERS  [n1] [,n2]...[,n9]

    Abreviated format

      .STHL  [n1] [,n2]...[,n9]
