UAFHELP.HLB  —  MODIFY
Changes values in a SYSUAF user record. Qualifiers not specified
    in the command remain unchanged.

In the list of "Additional information available" in online
help, the first group of qualifiers is used to modify user
information in the authorization (UAF) file. Below this list,
after "Examples," are three more qualifiers, some of which have
    their own parameters and qualifiers:

o /IDENTIFIER-modifies an identifier name, its associated value,
or its attributes in the rights database.

o /PROXY-modifies an entry in the network proxy authorization
       file.

    o /SYSTEM_PASSWORD-modifies the systemwide password.

These qualifiers use different parameters than other MODIFY
    commands.
