Before you issue the SET INTERFACE command, disable the interface
    by using the SET NOINTERFACE command.

    This command requires:

    o  OPER privilege

    o  Read access to the hosts database

    o  Read access to the networks database

    o  Read, write, and delete access to the routes database

    Every host on the same network must have the same network mask.
