    Adds the logical name to the group logical name table. If the
    mount is the first one on the volume, /GROUP marks the volume as
    being group-mounted.

    Restrictions:

    o  Requires GRPNAM privilege.

    o  /GROUP and /SYSTEM are mutually exclusive.
