The Viewer pulldown menu provides two options:

     Exit -  This option exits the application.

     Style - This option allows you to change the way you view the entity tree
             in the main window at any time. By default, the Viewer Style is
             Display as Outline.  Options include a column view, a left-oriented
             tree view, or a top-oriented tree view.
