     ACCOUNT account     Identifies the account for  the  default  non-
                         privileged  DECnet  account on the  designated
                         node

     PASSWORD password   Identifies the password for the  default  non-
                         privileged  DECnet  account on the  designated
                         node

     USER user-id        Identifies the user name for the default  non-
                         privileged  DECnet  account on the  designated
                         node
