    Modifies the attributes of a ddcmp link logical station entity
    which manages a link to a remote station.  The modifiable
    attributes and their data types [in brackets] are:

    address [integer]
    babble timer [milliseconds]
    holdback timer [milliseconds]
    transmit window [integer]
