delete llc2 sap link

   The delete llc2 sap link command deletes a named LLC2 SAP Link
   instance. You can delete a SAP Link instance only when it is disabled
   and the transmission group that uses it is disabled.

   Ex,   ncl> delete llc2 sap sna-0 link link-2
