Debug version of I/O-related OpenVMS executable, in which debug
    code of various types has been enabled; not intended for use in
    production systems but only in development systems or as a possible
    troubleshooting aid on systems experiencing serious I/O-related
    OpenVMS software problems. The image is loaded into the system if
    the SYSTEM_CHECK SYSGEN parameter is set correctly.
