 PARAMETERS
   The parameter definitions are the same for the API and the SPI.

   ModuleHandle (input)        The handle of the attached HRS service
                               provider.
   DbName (input)              A pointer to the null-terminated string
                               containing the name of the database to
                               be deleted.

 DESCRIPTION
   This function deletes all records from the specified database and
   removes all state information associated with that database.

 RETURN VALUE
   A CSSM_RETURN value indicating success or specifying a particular
   error condition. The value CSSM_OK indicates success. All other
   values represent an error condition.
