The following are examples using /DUMP mode:

   $ DIAGNOSE/DUMP ALPHA.ERROR

     Dumps the contents of the event file ALPHA.ERROR.

   $ DIAGNOSE/DUMP ALPHA.ERROR /REVERSE

     Dumps the contents of the event file in reverse chronological
     order.
