  Usage notes:
o RESET cancels any of the following:
     * Highlighting of a range or box with SELECT, BOX SELECT,
FIND, or WILDCARD FIND (see help on Ranges And Boxes)
     * A press of the GOLD key alone, or a GOLD-number sequence
for a repeat count (with the EDT or WPS keypad)
     * An incomplete or recalled command line, or $CHOICES$ buffer display
     * Display from SHOW, SHOW DEFAULTS BUFFER, SHOW SUMMARY, or
SHOW WILDCARDS---and returns to the buffer you were editing
o You can also cancel a selection by simply repeating SELECT, and you can
cancel the highlighting of found text by moving the cursor out of the
     found range.
o RESET does not reset the terminal or redraw the screen. Instead, use
the REFRESH command (CTRL/W) to redraw the screen.
o GOLD-SELECT is a "sleeper" key---it is defined by default, but the
definition must be activated by setting a GOLD key or by setting the
EDT or WPS keypad. See help on Gold Keys.
