DELETE WINDOW
Deletes the current window, if you are using two or more windows in EVE.
Steps:
1. Put the cursor anywhere in the window you want to delete
(see help on the NEXT WINDOW or PREVIOUS WINDOW command).
2. Use the DELETE WINDOW command.
Example:
If you have two windows (as at the left below), DELETE WINDOW deletes
the current window, making the other window fill the available space:
Before After
+---------------+ +---------------+ The cursor ([]) appears
| ALPHA.TXT | | [] | at your last position in
| | | | the buffer in the other
|---------------| | | window---in this case,
|[] | | ALPHA.TXT | your last position in
| BETA.TXT | | | ALPHA.TXT.

Usage notes:
o Deleting a window does not delete the buffer in that window. (To delete
a buffer, use the DELETE BUFFER command.)
o To delete all the other windows, keeping the current window, use the
ONE WINDOW command.
o For more information about using multiple windows in EVE, see help on
Windows.
