Format: SHOW ENTITY entity-type

 where entity-type is one of the following:

     WORD      (abbreviated W)
     SENTENCE  (abbreviated S)
     PAGE      (abbreviated PAG)
     PARAGRAPH (abbreviated PAR)

 The SHOW ENTITY (abbreviated SH EN) command displays the current
 delimiter string for the specified entity.
