Duplicate name.  A template already exists with the name you specified.

    Meaning:  You are attempting to create a new template having the same
              name as an existing template.

    Action:   Enter a unique name for the template.

              To see the names of existing templates, choose "Open ..."
              from the Templates menu.  Press PF3 or Ctrl/Z to close
              the list of existing templates without opening the template.
