/SINCE (default)

    Use with the /TERMINATION_DATE and /RELEASE_DATE qualifiers.
    Selects only those licenses whose times are on or after the time
    specified with the other qualifiers.

    The /SINCE qualifier cannot be used with the /BEFORE qualifier.
