      This command assigns the default value (40) to the GBLSECTIONS
      parameter.

    3.SYSMAN> PARAMETERS SET/STARTUP SYS$SYSTEM:XSTARTUP.COM

      This command assigns SYS$SYSTEM:XSTARTUP.COM as the current
      site-independent startup command procedure.
