The SYSMAN IO AUTOCONFIGURE command identifies and configures all
    hardware devices attached to a system. It connects devices and
    loads their drivers. You must have CMKRNL and SYSLCK privileges
    to use the SYSMAN IO AUTOCONFIGURE command.
