Starts the OCLA. This command causes each executed PC to be
  collected in the EV7 cache.

  Format: OCLA START [/CPU=n]

1    /CPU=n

  Specifies the CPU on which OCLA should be started.

  If /CPU is not specified, all active CPUs on the system are started.
