Use this directive to create an Accessor entity of the specified name.

 Syntax:

 	CREATE DSA ACCESSOR <name> PASSWORD <value>

 You must quote the name and password. For example:

  > CREATE DSA ACCESSOR "/C=US/O=Abacus/CN=Manager" PASSWORD "mumble"
