Format: REMOVE attachment-number

    Deletes the specified attachment from the current message.

    Attachments can be removed only from draft or new messages.
    These are messages that can be modified and have write access.

    Attachments cannot be removed from messages that are opened for read-only
    access. However, these attachments can be extracted to files.
