       /NOEDIT

    Invokes a text editor to edit the message you are sending. Unless
    you have selected a different editor, the DECTPU-based EVE editor
    is invoked. The /NOEDIT qualifier overrides the SEND/EDIT command
    if you entered the DCL command MAIL/EDIT.
