The driver is finally supported by ALPHA/VMS.

 	The restriction that container files had to be contiguous is
 	removed. Also, nesting of LD devices (container file on a logical
 	disk) is now allowed.

 	A watchpoint may now specify /FUNCTION=ALL to trap all function
 	codes.
