The Authorize utility (AUTHORIZE) is a system management tool
    that allows you to control access to the system and to allocate
    resources to users.

    Format

      RUN SYS$SYSTEM:AUTHORIZE

    More online help is available from the Authorize utility. After
    you invoke AUTHORIZE, you can enter HELP to get information about
    any of the AUTHORIZE commands.
