NEW_DATA=(value,...)

    Specifies the value to use after the event occurs. Use this
    criterion with the FIELD_NAME criterion.

    When you use the Authorize utility (AUTHORIZE) to copy a user
    name, NEW_DATA specifies the newly created user name.
