HELPLIB.HLB  —  CRTL  fputs
    Writes a character string to a file without copying the string's
    null terminator (\0).

    Format

      #include  <stdio.h>

      int fputs  (const char *str, FILE *file_ptr);

1  –  Arguments

 str

    A pointer to a character string.

 file_ptr

    A file pointer.

2  –  Description

    Unlike puts, the fputs function does not append a new-line
    character to the output string.

    Nonnegative value  Indicates success.
    EOF                Indicates an error.
