Cut to Delete a Buffer

  The buffer you want to delete is a modified buffer (you made edits that
  have not been saved). Therefore, when you try to delete that buffer, EVE
  prompts for one of the following choices:

     DELETE_ONLY .... Deletes the specified buffer.

     WRITE_FIRST .... Writes out the buffer, then deletes it. If there
                      is no file associated with the buffer, EVE asks
                      for a file name to use for writing out the buffer.

     QUIT ........... Cancels the operation---buffer is NOT deleted.
