OTHER WINDOW
Puts the cursor at your last position in the next window, if you are using
two or more windows in EVE (same as the NEXT WINDOW command).
Example:
The following shows the effects of PREVIOUS WINDOW if you have three
windows|---| cursor positions are shown by []:
+---------------+ From the top window, the cursor returns to
|[] | your last position in the middle window.
|_______________|
| [] | From the middle window, the cursor returns to
|_______________| your last position in the the bottom window.
| [] |
| | From the bottom window, the cursor returns to
+---------------+ your last position in the top window.
Usage notes:
o If you use only two windows, OTHER WINDOW, NEXT WINDOW, and PREVIOUS
WINDOW are the same. For more information about using multiple windows
in EVE, see help on Windows.
o If the $CHOICES$ buffer is displayed, such as when you type an
ambiguous command, you can press a key defined as OTHER WINDOW to move
between the $CHOICES$ buffer and the command line---see help on Choices
Buffer.
