Deleting a template

    To delete a template, perform the following steps:

    1.  Choose "Delete ..." from the Templates menu.  A list box appears
        containing the template names.

    2.  Select the template you want to delete, then press Return.  A
        confirmation box appears.

    3.  Confirm the deletion by choosing "OK"; choose "CANCEL" to exit
        without deleting the template.
