Exit the file and check it into Help as UAFHELP.HLP.  This help is
     internal utility help that gets checked into the [UAF] facility.

    Creates a listing file (RIGHTSLIST.LIS) in which identifier
    names, attributes, values, and holders are written.

    Format

      LIST/IDENTIFIER  [id-name]
