Closes any open sessions, exits from TELNET, and returns to the
    DCL prompt.

    If you terminate a session with a remote OpenVMS host, the
    connection is closed by your local host. However, the process
    on the remote host is still running. To terminate it, enter the
    LOGOUT command.
