TAPEMGR CREATE filespec

 	This command will create a virtual tape container file. The filespec
 	must include a full path in unix style (for example
 	"/files/tape.vtape"). The string must be enclosed in quotes. The path
 	must be on a mounted device that is not the system device. If
 	subdirectories are specified then they will automatically be created.
