This counter displays the number of DISP binds the DSA has
 rejected. The DISP protocol is used by DSAs to replicate
 information. A DISP bind can be rejected due to, for
 example, authentication failure.

 Syntax:
         SHOW DSA DISP BINDS REJECTED
