Clears device counters and internal driver counters after a
    SHOW DEVICE/COUNTERS or SHOW DEVICE/INTERNAL_COUNTERS command.
    Subsequent SHOW commands show the counter values accumulated
    since the clear was done.

    This affects counters displayed by LANCP only.

    See the /RESTORE_COUNTERS to restore counters to the original
    values.
