 The TYPE (abbreviated T) command displays the specified range of lines
 on the terminal.

 Format: TYPE [range] [/BRIEF[:n]] [/STAY]

 The first line in the specified range becomes the current line.

 If the range specification starts with a nonalphabetic character, the
 keyword TYPE may be omitted completely.
