Format:  SET TEXT text-type 'string'

 Text-type is one of the following:

     PAGE
     END

 The SET TEXT command allows you to define the displayed string to
 indicate a formfeed character (SET TEXT PAGE), and the displayed string
 to indicate the end of the buffer (SET TEXT END).  The string can not
 contain control or escape characters.
