/RECATTRIBUTES=keyword The following keywords are used as
    parameters for the RECATTRIBUTES qualifier: NONE, FORTRAN,
    IMPLIED, PRINT and NOSPAN. This will allow to modify the file's
    record attributes in the file header. NONE, FORTRAN, IMPLIED and
    PRINT are mutually exclusive, but can be used in combination with
    NOSPAN. When NOSPAN is omitted SPAN is assumed (the default is to
    allow records to cross block boundaries).
