 Execute the appropriate management procedure for the specified directory
 service.

     MANAGE [DIRECTORY_SERVICE dir-service]

 The management procedures only provides management of those aspects of
 the directory service that affect how node names are stored and used.
 They do not provide general management of the directory service.  The
 specific management functions provided depend on the directory service.

 The management procedure is executed as a child process, and control
 returns to DECNET_REGISTER when the execution is complete.

1  –  DIRECTORY_SERVICE

 This specifies the directory service to be managed.

     DIRECTORY_SERVICE dir-service

 The service must be one of:

     DIRECTORY_SERVICE DECDNS

 The Local and Phase IV databases do not require any directory service
 management functions.  This command does not apply to these directory
 services.

 If not specified, the default service type is used.  This default can be
 displayed or changed using the SHOW or SET DEFAULT commands.
