Use the File menu on the Instruction View as follows:

  Action               Function
  ------               --------

  Show Instruction     Displays the address associated
     Addresses         with each instruction listed in
                       the instruction view.

  Display Line         Displays the line number of your
     Numbers           source-code program associated with
                       each instruction or set of instructions
                       listed in the instruction view.

  Close                Closes the instruction window.
