Setting the Size of Icons

  You can set one of three icon sizes:  small, medium, or large.
  This option affects the size of the icons as they appear in
  entries and in Day Notes.  You cannot use this option to
  change the size of the icons used in the Entry Editor or the

  Day Note Editor.
