Choosing a Time Increment for the Resize Bar

The resize bar lets you create a calendar entry that is not an
exact multiple of the timeslot size.

Use the Increment Options menu in the Day View dialog box
to choose a different time increment.

The time increment for the resize bar is always smaller than
  the timeslot size.
