  Workday Timebar

The vertical line to the right of the vertical scroll bar shows
the working day in relation to the full 24-hour period.

The Workday timebar serves two purposes:

  - When you use the scroll bar, the timebar indicates the
part of the day to which you are scrolling.

  - The timebar provides a useful reference for appointments,
which are displayed alongside it and are indicated by
darker shading in the corresponding section of the
      timebar.

This display feature lets you see your appointments at a
glance and how much of the day they occupy.

Appointment bars that extend beyond the top or the bottom of
the workday timebar show that the day starts early or runs
late. If a day contains no appointments, no appointment bars
  are displayed.
