Build target for IA64 (Itanium) architecture executables.

Script executables need to be copied to [IA64-BIN] (CGI_EXE: on IA64 systems)
to allow the server to activate them.

Any executable not required during script processing may remain here and be
accessed on IA64 systems using logical name WASD_EXE:
