SYSGEN Parameter Advice

This OpenVMS system is running on a multiprocessor emulated Alpha configuration
and has 2 CPU's.

When the emulated multiprocessor Alpha system is running on a virtual host it is
advisable to increase the SYSGEN parameter SMP_SANITY_CNT to reduce the risk
of OpenVMS bugchecking.

Increase the value of SMP_SANITY_CNT to at least 3000 (30 seconds)
